CODECASA 43 – HULL C122 – M.Y. DRAGOLUNA

Given the great success of the Vintage Series, which began in 2011 with the 42-metre Hull F73, now M.Y. Magari, continued in 2013 with her sister ship, Hull F75, now M.Y. Libra, and crowned by the 50-metre version, Hull C121 M.Y. Gazzella of 2015, Codecasa Shipyards began building two 43-metre Full Beam yachts of the same series “on spec” at the same time: Hull F76, now M.Y. Gio Chi Thè, completed in July 2016, and Hull C122 M.Y. Dragoluna.

Like all the units of the Vintage Series, M.Y. Dragoluna was designed by the Codecasa Shipyard’s in-house technical staff. The strengths of this project, compared with the 42-metre version, are the full-beam layout of the Owner’s Suite, located forward on the main deck, the position of the Captain’s Cabin on the Upper Deck, in direct contact with the bridge, and the installation of a Jacuzzi hot tub on the Sun Deck.

Fitted with two Caterpillar 3512C engines of 1,650 Hp at 1,800 rpm, guaranteeing a maximum speed of 16.5 knots at light displacement and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots, the CODECASA 43 Full Beam – Hull C122 – m.y. Dragoluna also offers safe and comfortable cruising in all sea and weather conditions, interior volumes just under 500 Gross Tonnes, large exterior spaces, understated and elegant lines, reasonable fuel consumption and the highest build standards.
