Codecasa Ugo S.p.A. & Codecasa Tre S.p.A. Shipyards

Located in the new port of Viareggio, a 20-minute drive from Pisa International Airport, they extend across two identical 7,000-square-metre facilities, 6,000 of which are permanently under cover. Here, Codecasa Shipyards build steel and aluminium yachts ranging from 40 metres (131′) to 90 metres (295′) in length.

CODECASA DUE

The CODECASA DUE spa Shipyards, builders of steel and aluminium, or all-aluminium motoryachts, up to 35 metres (115′) in length, overlook the Darsena Toscana, one of the oldest docks in the Port of Viareggio.

The shipyards, which extend over an area of 6,500 square metres, of which 3,500 square metres are covered, also offer facilities and equipment capable of repairing and renovating motor and sailing boats up to 40 metres in overall length, as well as building the “Ognitempo” patrol boats for the Italian Coast Guard.

Social Responsibility

The Shipyard CODECASA DUE spa has deemed it necessary to adopt an “Organization, Management and Control Model” in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01.

The application of this Model and the Code of Ethics constitutes a constant reference for all employees of the CODECASA DUE and for all those with whom the Company interacts (Suppliers, Consultants, Customers).

The organizational model and the Code of Ethics therefore fully incorporate the corporate values and principles that have always guided the companies of the Codecasa Group and in which they fully recognize themselves.

CODECASA DR11

The Codecasa DR11 production site is located in the new port area of Viareggio, near Cantieri Navali Codecasa Ugo S.p.A. and Cantieri Navali Codecasa Tre S.p.A. With its 1023 square metres, of which 745 are covered, it is used for the construction of fast open yachts, entirely in aluminium, from 35 metres to 40 metres in length.

NAVICELLI

The facility in the Navicelli Dock in Pisa is the most recent production site of the Codecasa Shipyards Group. Covering 25,000 square metres, 10,000 of which are covered, it consists of four identical 2,500-square-metre warehouses. This shipyard can accommodate hulls and superstructures up to 80 metres in length, right from the very early stages of construction.
