With her 43 metres length overall, this boat fully reflects Codecasa standards in the excellent quality of her materials and workmanship. With her high-tensile steel hull and aluminium alloy superstructure, Ferdy offers comfort, refinement and space both outside and inside, while retaining the performance characteristics of a displacement motor yacht of about 490 tonnes. Powered by 2 Caterpillar 3512B engines with propeller propulsion, the boat can reach a maximum speed of 17 knots at light displacement and offers a range of 3,000 miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots. “Ferdy” can accommodate up to 13 guests and 8 crew members. The interiors, by Architects Della Role, who have worked with Codecasa for many years, follow a very classic line. The panelling is in bleached oak, the ceilings are white lacquered and the floors, except in the bathrooms, are all covered in light carpet. Marble for the floors of the owner’s and guest bathrooms; wood for those of the day heads and two of the guest cabins. The overall tone of the interiors, also maintained outside, is simple, linear and clean, a tone expressly requested by the Owners.
