(ex Framura 2)
This fast yacht, launched in summer 2010, propelled by 2 KaMeWa 71 S 3 waterjets and 1 KaMeWa 63 B 3 booster and fitted with 3 MTU engines of 2400 HP each, bears the signature of Andre Bacigalupo, continuing the well-known open line of the Codecasa 35s and Codecasa 41s; in particular, thanks to a further increase in size, she offers even more space and volume for both the relaxation areas and the guest and crew cabins. Comfort for guests on board is an increasingly requested must-have which sometimes almost inevitably means sacrificing space in the crew area. But not in this case. The crew area is in fact located aft rather than forward, thus gaining in comfort and volume. The use of the latest technologies also led here, for the first time, to a brand-new model of Australian gyroscopic stabilisers that considerably increase the yacht’s comfort at anchor. As for the interiors, classic but with a modern twist, they were designed by architects Anna Maria and Franco Della Role in collaboration with architect Margherita Gozzi, giving the whole environment a simple look free of decorative embellishments. In the colours, the contrast predominates between the dark wenge of the floors, found in the saloon and in the guest and owner’s area below deck, and the light ivory leather used for the ceilings, side walls, sofa, armchairs, saloon divider and all the headboards. The wall coverings below deck are in maple with wenge accents also found on the bed frames. The two spacious volumes at the entrance to the saloon house some services. On the starboard side are a dumbwaiter serving all three decks and a Day-toilet; on the port side, a crew passage connecting the crew area to the saloon, a wine cellar and the coffee machine. Inside, these two spaces are made of bronze-coloured lacquered wood with dark Emperador marble tops. In addition to the sofa area, the saloon also has a games table on the starboard side and a relaxation corner with a coffee table and period armchairs whose bright colours echo the paintings on the dividing wall. In front of this, finally, is the plexiglass dining table with a wenge base, seating up to 10 people. The dividing panel consists of a fixed section and two side sliding doors which, when closed, give greater privacy to the dining and saloon area, and when open give access to the wheelhouse and the guest staircase. The bridge, concealed behind the saloon’s dividing panel on the main deck, is very spacious, enjoys a splendid view and is fitted with the most modern navigation and communication equipment. On the Sun Deck are the second helm station, a relaxing sofa, a large fully equipped sunbathing area and a second outdoor dining table, also for 10 guests. All this is served by a large, comfortable polished steel staircase. In addition to the gyroscopic stabilisers, the boat offers two other exterior novelties on the main deck: a sliding roof over the aft cockpit to provide extra shade for the relaxation area, and an awning in the forward relaxation area that opens automatically thanks to a hydraulic mechanism concealed within the structure. Finally, the boat is equipped with a 6.26 m Castoldi Tender in the garage and a convenient external stern beach platform.
